I made that top yesterday. From scratch!
I'm really happy with how it turned out..
Got to credit: I've been very inspired by this post from Vikingmom!
Her dresses are fab and I want to make one for my little girl.
So this top was an actual try if I can make the top of the dress without cutting into my great polka dot I bought :P
I'm getting better at smocking... Far from perfect still!
Smocking is hard, I trick I learned was to mark all the lines on the fabric with tailors chalk.
